Who you are buying from

One person in Scotland, not a warehouse. Orders are packed and posted by me. If something goes wrong you are emailing a person, not a support queue.

Orders are posted same or next working day, Monday to Friday, from Scotland. Nothing is drop shipped from abroad, so you are not waiting on customs.

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind. Send it back unused and complete and you get a full refund.

Return postage is yours unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or not as described, in which case it is on me and I will cover it.

Nothing here takes away your legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations or the Consumer Rights Act.
